In the beginning there was a string. With time and careful twisting a knitten was born ....
So I've recently become completely obsessed with "knitten knots". I don't know how it happened, I've been a casual user for years - a scarf here, a sweater there. I'd "knit knots" on the weekend but I had it under control - I could stop anytime I wanted to.
Sound familiar? I know you're out there - I've seen your blogs. Xmas projects piled knee high, stashes of yarn engulfing your spare bedroom closet, 5+ pairs of the same size needles (I mean, is that really necessary?)...
Anyhow, I was hoping someone would start up a Stitch 'N Bitch in Fredericton so I could mingle with my own kind but barring that, blogging seems to be the next best thing! I'll be back later to post on the Xmas gifts I knitted and then forced on family and friends, as well as, my latest project that's just for ME. I just got some new pattern books so can't wait to start the next one!
P.S. I'm not as weird as this post may have made me sound - honest.
