Summer in a Bottle
It's been 4 days since I picked up knitting needles. FOUR. WHOLE. DAYS. What could possibly keep me away?
60 pounds of tomatoes
7 heads of celery
several pounds of onions (couldn't keep track through the tears)
40 peppers
3 days of my life

53 - 500ml bottles
7 - 1L bottles
3 - jumbo 1.5 L bottles
SALSA!!

That's a lot of salsa! I thought I had done well with 20lb of jam and chutney :-)
Nice canning! Another hobby that I have not yet attempted...(I love chow)
Looks delicious but no knitting for 4 days I would be going through withdrawl.
Canning is one of those things that I just LOVE....to have finished. It's such a lot of work, but your results look yummy.
