Grace
Another Christmas present is well underway - I'm on fire over here people.
This is the completed back of Grace, a very cozy DB cardi from the cotton angora book. I'm using some Jaeger Shetland Aran that I bought from Janette a few weeks ago (great yardage on this stuff). I love the sagey color - although it has looked grey in every photo - I had to saturate this picture to get it to even look green let alone the warm sagey green that it actually is. This will be for my mom and I know she'll enjoy it. The cables and ribbing are making it very luxurious and "cushy" and this yarn has absolutely no itch factor. I want one for ME too!

Good for you! I've started a few Christmas presents myself but can't seem to stay focused on just one. LOL Love the yarn dying to did as well - quite a project.
Gorgeous. Warm sage is one of my favourite colours. I feel your pain with photographing colours - mine never look like they do in reality.
Dear lord girl !!! here I am struggling to finish just one and you are whipping through your xmas projects like there is no tomorrow. Absolutely fab as usual!
MUST NOT START MY GRACE. MUST NOT BE INFLUENCED. HAVE TOO MANY THINGS ON THE GO.

Absolutely fab - the colour is amazing and the cables too
Lovely! I am so into cables right now!
I love the patterns you pick! This one is so beautiful, the cables are perfect and the color WOW!
I went to the Debbie Bliss site and many of the sweaters made with the cotton angora are really nice. I'm going to keep my eyes open for this pattern book.
I hadn't visited the Debbie Bliss site for a while; thanks for directing us there. I LOVE almost all of her stuff, but "Grace" is particularly cozy looking.
Beautiful cables! I made Grace a while back, and it's still my favorite knit to wear... You definitely should make one for yourself, use your favorite worsted.
